Kase and Druker was established in 1978 by Hon. John L. Kase* and James O. Druker.  Jim and John were colleagues at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office where they served as Chiefs of the Narcotics, District Court, Rackets and Frauds Bureaus.  Prior to joining  the Nassau District Attorney’s Office, they both served as federal prosecutors with the U.S. Department of Justice.  Paula Frome became Of Counsel to the firm in 1982 and Alan Kraut became Of Counsel to the firm in 1995.  Elizabeth Kase joined the firm as an Associate in 2003 after serving as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County.  In 2004, Elizabeth was named partner to the firm after John was elected Judge of the Nassau County Court.  Scott Druker joined the firm in 2009 as an Associate.

*Hon. John L. Kase currently serves as an Acting Supreme Court Judge in Nassau County and presides over felony matters in County Court.
